Vision Inspection by Keyence Smart Camera.

Unit under checking is Lidar Motor and Transceiver Module.

Checking 3 sides on units

        - Top side : Checking PCB crack.

        - Horizontal side : Checking scratch and dent.

        - Bottom side : Checking retaining and screw missing.

        - PC link with Keyence Controller.

        - Keyence Smart Camera 21 + 5 + 2 MPixel.

        - CKD Absodex rotate turn table 90 degree steps.

        - IAI Actuator to rotate checking 4 sides.

        - IAI Actuator for move in/out.
